What this role involves

About Dynatron

Dynatron is championing a new standard of Fixed Ops excellence for automotive dealerships. We cut through the Fixed Ops data fog and deliver unique insights and actions that help you drive revenue growth, expand margins, and uplift retention—all through a unique AI-powered Fixed Ops Data Intelligence Platform, proven methodology, and expert coaching.

As a remote-first company, we believe great sales professionals succeed through curiosity, preparation, consistency, and meaningful conversations, not simply activity metrics.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven BusinessDevelopment Representative (BDR) to help fuel Dynatron’s continued growth by creating new sales opportunities with automotive dealerships across North America.

As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll identify decision-makers, understand business challenges, generate interest in Dynatron’s solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for our Regional Sales Managers.

Success in this role isn’t measured by the number of calls you make. It’s measured by your ability to consistently create qualified pipeline through thoughtful outreach, strong discovery skills, and disciplined execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives on achieving goals, embraces coaching, and wants to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales.

Role Reality (Please Read Carefully)

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role that requires consistency every day.

A typical day includes:

  • Prospecting into dealership groups using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
  • Researching accounts and identifying key decision-makers
  • Managing inbound inquiries while executing outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Collaborating closely with Regional Sales Managers on territory strategy and target accounts
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and documenting prospect interactions
  • Continuously refining messaging, objection handling, and prospecting techniques

Success requires resilience, organization, curiosity, and the ability to remain motivated through rejection while maintaining a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Generate New Business Opportunities

  • Prospect into target accounts using outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other modern sales engagement channels
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and determine readiness for sales engagement
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Regional Sales Managers
  • Consistently build qualified sales pipeline that supports company revenue goals

Execute Multi-Channel Prospecting

  • Develop personalized outreach strategies that resonate with dealership decision-makers
  • Balance outbound prospecting with timely follow-up on inbound inquiries
  • Utilize sales acceleration platforms and CRM tools to execute efficient prospecting campaigns
  • Effectively overcome objections while maintaining a consultative approach

Collaborate Across Revenue Teams

  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop territory and account strategies
  • Provide prospect feedback that helps improve marketing campaigns and messaging
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances to maximize pipeline generation

Maintain Operational Excellence

  • Keep CRM and sales engagement platforms accurate and up to date
  • Track prospect activity, meeting outcomes, and pipeline progression
  • Consistently achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals
  • Stay current on Dynatron products, competitive landscape, and automotive industry trends

What You Bring

Prospecting & Business Development

  • Experience in outbound prospecting, sales development, inside sales, or business development
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with executive-level decision-makers
  • Strong qualification and discovery skills
  • Confidence handling objections and navigating challenging conversations

Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate value clearly and concisely
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused communication style

Organization & Execution

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities simultaneously
  • Disciplined follow-up habits and effective time management
  • Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals

Learning Agility

  • Curious and coachable with a desire to continuously improve
  • Quick learner who can absorb product knowledge and industry information
  • Comfortable learning new technology platforms and sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous SaaS sales or SDR experience
  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Experience selling into automotive dealerships or related industries is a plus, but not required

Why Dynatron

  • Build your career in a growing B2B SaaS company with a clear path into Account Executive and other revenue roles
  • Collaborative, team-oriented sales culture focused on coaching and continuous development
  • Remote-first work environment built on autonomy and accountability
  • Competitive compensation with uncapped earning potential
  • Opportunity to help thousands of dealerships improve their business through innovative technology

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $60,000 base salary + variable compensation

Benefits Include:

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Equity participation through Dynatron’s Equity Incentive Plan
  • 401(k) with competitive company match
  • Flexible PTO policy and 11 paid holidays
  • Employer-paid disability and life insurance

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities with geographically dispersed teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; technical background is a plus.

  • 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or related role.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We’re the highest-rated EHS platform on Gartner-owned Capterra, empowering field teams and safety leaders to replace paperwork, boost compliance, and drive real-time visibility where it matters most.

Together, we’re shaping a smarter, safer, and more sustainable built world.

Position overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive meaningful business outcomes and enable our customers to succeed through the use of our SiteDocs product. As a product-forward company, we focus deeply on customer needs and believe strong product execution is critical to delivering value to the market.

As a Product Manager, you will contribute to the development of new products and features designed to help  businesses streamline workplace health and safety moving from error-prone paper processes to enhanced digital workflows. You will work within an established product strategy and roadmap, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve the SiteDocs platform and customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is building their product career, enjoys hands-on execution, and wants exposure to the full product lifecycle — from discovery through delivery and iteration.

Your Most Important Initiatives

  • Own the discovery, definition, execution, and delivery of product initiatives within a defined product area or roadmap.

  • Drive customer discovery and partner with stakeholders to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points; translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.

  • Monitor competitive offerings and industry trends to help inform roadmap planning and feature enhancements.

  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, sales, and other product managers throughout the product lifecycle — from concept through launch and post-release iteration.

  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient development and high-quality delivery that meets customer needs.

  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering teams.

  • Measure product performance using defined success metrics; analyze usage data, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to inform continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Experience contributing to the delivery of successful software products, ideally in a SaaS environment.

  • Working knowledge of Agile product development practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex problems into structured solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities with geographically dispersed teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; technical background is a plus.

  • 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or related role.
