Marketing Senior Marketing Manager: GTM (Hybrid) at 8th Light

Senior marketer owns full GTM strategy, content production, demand generation, and marketing analytics for a technology consulting firm.

Senior Hybrid Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Senior Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market

Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)

Reports to: Managing Director

Who We Are

At 8th Light, we bring life to the best ideas.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Chicago, we are a technology solutions consultancy that partners with organizations from early-stage startups to the world’s largest companies. We take on hard software challenges and turn them into durable results. We build agentic products, the platforms they run on, and the engineering and design at every layer.

Our commitment to quality means we deliver solutions we’re truly proud of, while our curiosity sparks innovation and breakthrough thinking. 8th Lights thrive in an environment that champions continuous education, fueling our growth through mentorship and hands-on work. We foster an open, collaborative culture grounded in honesty that builds trust, and believe true success is measured by the outcomes we create for our clients.

If this kind of work and our kind of people energize you, you’ve found the right place.

Who You Are

You’re a hands-on marketer who makes things happen. You’ve spent your career close to the work, turning strategy into a steady cadence of content, events, and outreach that actually ships. You’re energized by a clear market position and the discipline of carrying it anywhere a buyer might meet us.

You understand that in a market flooded with AI-generated noise, senior buyers are moved by credible expert voices, real stories, and warm relationships. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You’ll own the full marketing function solo, not manage a team, so you’re as comfortable in the weeds of a newsletter as you are setting the measurement strategy. You’d rather help technologists publish sharp, field-anchored points of view on a reliable rhythm than blast a generic email to a list and you have the ability to shape an expert’s thinking without being the expert yourself.

You own the system, not just the project, and you hold yourself accountable to the results. Over your 6-8 years of experience, you’ve brought:

  • Proven ownership of marketing measurement and analytics: you’ve instrumented a marketing stack, stood up always-on reporting, and led with numbers instead of waiting for someone else to produce them
  • Fluency with SEO and AEO, demand generation, and website and content analytics tooling
  • Experience marketing a professional services, consulting, or technical product business to senior B2B buyers
  • A track record building and running an editorial or content engine across owned channels: LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, and website
  • Real event execution experience, ideally intimate, executive-level formats rather than large-scale conferences
  • Comfort partnering with senior technologists to surface stories and points of view, and the editorial judgment to keep them on message
  • A relationship-driven instinct: you treat a peer referral and a warm introduction as the highest-value signals you can create
  • Plainspoken writing and editing skills, and a low tolerance for jargon
  • The organizational savvy to coordinate sales, client service, and leadership toward a shared rhythm, including people who don’t report to you

What You’ll Do At 8th Light

We sell expert-led technology solutions and our pipeline tracks with how present and invested our experts are in the market. Your job is to make that presence consistent, sharpen the message behind it, and build the system that keeps it running without depending on heroics. You’ll own execution of our go-to-market plan and report to the Managing Director.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Instrumenting and running always-on reporting on the leading indicators that show the engine is working, including content engagement from target buyer titles, newsletter growth, website journeys, and event conversion
  • Turning the numbers into decisions: where to invest, what to cut, concentrating where we can show up reliably and pruning channels we can’t sustain
  • Owning the editorial calendar across our owned channels, and keeping every surface carrying our position: agentic products, deep platform expertise
  • Building and running our content engine: capturing stories, anecdotes, and field observations (including from our executive dinners), organizing them so they’re easy to find, and pushing ready-to-use material to sales and client service leaders for meetings and events
  • Elevating a small group of named senior technologists into a consistent publishing rhythm, helping them turn field experience into strong, defensible points of view, while continuing to encourage broad participation from across the firm
  • Planning and executing a series of small, themed, invite-only executive dinners across our hub cities, plus a virtual format for those who can’t travel, and turn each one into material that feeds the next quarter’s content
  • Supporting our outreach and introduction motions by equipping client service leaders and sales directors with content, curated event schedules, and targeting recommendations

Strongly Preferred Skills

We work across many areas, and we encourage anyone with the experience above to apply. We’d particularly like to hear from applicants with experience in:

  • Experience at a small to mid-sized company where marketing stays close to hands-on execution
  • Marketing technical services such as software consulting, data, or AI and machine learning work
  • Running a thought-leadership or named-voice program with subject-matter experts
  • Fluency with the current AI and agentic landscape, and sharp judgment to gauge whether a technical point of view will land as credible with a senior buyer
  • Marketing operations and analytics tooling, including SEO and AEO
  • Building or customizing your own AI-assisted workflows for content drafting, asset generation, and performance tracking, rather than relying on existing tools

Compensation

At 8th Light, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that is transparent, fair, and helps us attract and retain top talent in alignment with our company’s strategic growth goals and clients’ needs.

Our national page range for our Senior Marketing Manager position is: $106,100 - $132,600.

Travel Expectation

You’ll travel about 15-20% of the time, mostly short trips tied to a specific purpose rather than a heavy standing schedule. The bulk of it centers on our executive dinner series, small, invite-only events across our hub cities that you’ll help plan and run.

How You’ll Be Supported

At 8th Light, we believe our people are our greatest asset. Their growth, well-being, and success shape our future.

Our wellness package is designed with the Whole YOU in mind and includes:

  • A robust L&D program featuring unlimited access to thousands of books, courses, and expert-led training on the O’Reilly learning platform
  • Annual financial stipend and time allotment for learning & development
  • Coworking support for our global team
  • Flexible PTO with Floating Holidays
  • 12 weeks of new parent leave available for eligible employees
  • Transparent semi-annual promotion panel

See our full list of Benefits (http://8thlight.com/benefits).

8th Light’s culture is rooted in strong connections that extend across our teams, regions, and beyond client work. We are a distributed team across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with hubs in Chicago, London, Los Angeles, New York, and Seattle.

If you are hired into a hub, you will be part of a team with regular rituals around coworking and community building. For team members outside of those cities, we offer access to coworking spaces to foster continued collaboration and connection across our global team.

We hope to see you apply!

Marketing Fractional Communications Director — Healthcare B2B at Neolytix

Fractional communications director builds and executes earned media strategy, pitching healthcare trade outlets and securing press placements for MSO leadership.

Senior Remote Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Fractional Communications Director — Healthcare B2B

Part-Time Contract (1099) | Remote (US) | 15–20 hours/month

Compensation: $1,500–$3,000/month base retainer + per-placement performance bonuses

About Neolytix

Neolytix is a 14-year-old healthcare management services organization (MSO) headquartered in Chicago, serving 270+ provider organizations nationwide across revenue cycle management, credentialing and payer enrollment, patient access, and payer contract analytics. We are entering a high-visibility growth phase, including the commercial launch of InCredibly, our proprietary credentialing and enrollment platform, and we need our leadership and our story in front of the healthcare trade press.

The Role

We are hiring a fractional communications director — an individual practitioner, not an agency — to build and run our earned media program. You will work directly with the CEO and alongside our in-house marketing team, which handles content production. Your job is strategy, pitching, and media relationships. You will not be writing blog posts.

This is a 3-month pilot engagement at 15–20 hours per month, with the expectation of a longer-term relationship (and expanded scope) if the pilot produces placements.

What You Will Own

  • Earned media placements in healthcare B2B trade outlets — quotes, features, and contributed articles in publications such as Becker’s, Modern Healthcare, Fierce Healthcare, MedCity News, HealthLeaders, Healthcare Dive, HIT Consultant, Medical Economics, and Physicians Practice.
  • Executive visibility. Ghostwrite bylines and commentary for the CEO; position him as a voice on credentialing, payer enrollment, RCM, and MSO economics.
  • Proactive pitching. 4–6 tailored pitches per month tied to news hooks, regulatory changes, and proprietary data/insights we supply.
  • Reactive commentary. Monitor journalist source requests (Qwoted and similar) and turn around expert commentary fast.
  • Podcast, speaking, and awards pipeline. Secure podcast appearances and speaking slots (MGMA, HFMA, Becker’s events and similar) and manage industry award submissions.

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in communications/PR, with a meaningful portion focused on healthcare B2B (provider services, health IT, RCM, payer, or adjacent). Consumer health, wellness, and lifestyle PR do not qualify.
  • Placements you personally secured in healthcare trade outlets within the last 18 months. You will be asked for live links, and we will read them.
  • Working relationships with reporters and editors covering healthcare business, RCM, and health IT. You will be asked to name them and describe the angle you would pitch.
  • Founder/C-suite ghostwriting experience — you can capture an executive’s voice and produce publish-ready bylines.
  • Fractional or small-company track record. You know how to generate results on a lean retainer without an agency machine behind you.

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You are an agency planning to staff this with a junior account executive.
  • Your core offering is press release writing and wire distribution.
  • Your placement history is pay-to-play (contributor networks, sponsored content, council memberships).
  • Your healthcare experience is consumer wellness, supplements, or provider marketing to patients.

Compensation Structure

Base retainer of $1,500–$3,000/month depending on experience, plus per-placement bonuses tiered by outlet ($250–$1,000 per earned placement). We would rather pay for outcomes than activity, and the structure reflects that. The 3-month pilot is renewed or ended based on placements and pitch quality.

How to Apply

Applications that skip any of the following will not be reviewed:

  1. Five live links to earned media placements you personally secured in healthcare B2B outlets in the last 18 months. Identify your role in each (pitched, ghostwrote, secured the interview).
  2. Two or three reporters or editors you would pitch a credentialing-platform story to, with a one-line angle for each.
  3. Your monthly retainer expectation for 15–20 hours/month, and confirmation you are an individual practitioner (not an agency).

Neolytix is an equal opportunity employer. This is a 1099 contract engagement; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Marketing Senior Media Buyer — Meta (Performance/DTC) | Remote US at Kitsch

Manages and optimizes Meta ad accounts at scale ($1M+ monthly), making daily budget decisions, running creative tests, and reporting on campaign performance for DTC e-commerce.

Senior Remote Posted about 23 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified female and minority-owned global beauty brand. Our products are in 32,000+ retailers across 92 countries. We make essentials that make you feel exceptional.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own a Meta ad account scaling past $1M a month. You’ll be the person in the account every hour it matters — the one whose judgment decides what gets budget every morning. You’ll inherit a system that already works (naming conventions, automated rules, budget ramp), and your job is to run it well, stress-test it, and make it better.

This isn’t a “set it and forget it” seat. It’s hands-on, every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Watch campaign performance and pacing all day, and act fast when something’s off
  • Run daily optimizations: adjust budgets, pause what’s not working, launch new tests
  • Run a structured creative testing process and find the ads worth scaling
  • Keep naming conventions and automated rules clean and consistent
  • Work closely with the creative team, sharing what’s performing to guide new concepts
  • Report weekly on spend, CPA/ROAS, and testing results

What You Bring

  • 5+ years buying Meta ads at real scale — you’ve personally managed $100K+/month (ideally $250K+) on DTC e-commerce with purchase objectives
  • Deep knowledge of attribution mechanics: 7DC vs. 1DC, conversion lag, and why intraday ROAS numbers can mislead
  • Hands-on experience with structured creative testing (1-1-X, ABO signal isolation, CBO scaling) and Advantage+ Shopping
  • Experience building or running Meta Automated Rules
  • Discipline. You log your decisions, respect what’s in and out of your lane, and push for changes at the weekly review — not on the fly
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets: pacing math, CPA/ROAS modeling, threshold formulas

Nice to have:

  • Experience with whitelisting/spark ads and creator UGC pipelines at scale
  • Experience ramping a brand-new account from zero to six figures/month
  • Familiarity with CAPI, post-purchase survey attribution, or MMM-lite triangulation
  • Background in consumer beverage, food, or wellness

The leading provider of K-12 AI+CS education curriculum across the globe, CodeAI also organizes the annual Hour of AI campaign, building on the legacy of the Hour of Code, which has engaged more than 15% of all students in the world!

A unifying approach in a divided world

CodeAI’s global role in the K-12 computer science movement is only possible because we use a unifying approach across diverse and often divided stakeholders. At a time of increasing polarization, the idea of increasing opportunity for students unites people from across the political spectrum. JOB SUMMARY

Students are already using AI. Our job is to make sure they understand it, and your job is to make that mission impossible to scroll past. As Sr. Social Content Manager, you bring CodeAI to life across our social platforms, making the content people see, share, and remember.

This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll concept, produce, and publish social-first content every day: graphics, short-form video, and platform-native posts that connect with educators, students, parents, and advocates. You’ll set the point of view for what CodeAI looks, sounds, and feels like on every platform, and evolve it as those platforms shift.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will own CodeAI’s social creative end-to-end: the idea, the post, and what the numbers tell you to do next.

Concepting & Creative Direction

  • Own social-first concepting and creative development for CodeAI, setting the direction for what we make and why, not just how it gets produced.
  • Develop original concepts that translate CodeAI’s mission, campaigns, and moments into ideas built for social, not adapted to it.
  • Bring a clear point of view on what CodeAI content should look like on each platform, and evolve it as platforms and audiences change.

Production & Publishing

  • Follow through from concept to execution: script, shoot, design, edit, caption, and publish, owning the full production process and the quality of the final post.
  • Capture and create real-time content at conferences, keynotes, livestreams, and other high-visibility events, including pre-event promotion, live coverage, and post-event recaps.
  • Spotlight the voices of teachers, students, and partners through authentic, story-driven content.

Trends & Experimentation

  • Monitor emerging trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates daily, and move quickly to create timely content while the moment is still live.
  • Run creative experiments (formats, hooks, thumbnails, posting cadence) and use what performs, in our feeds and across the broader landscape, to sharpen the next round.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Manage day-to-day engagement across CodeAI’s channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in CodeAI’s voice and escalating issues when needed.
  • Grow and nurture our community of educators, students, parents, donors, and advocates by starting conversations and joining relevant ones.
  • Monitor sentiment and surface what our audiences are saying, asking, and caring about to inform content and messaging.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Identify and vet influencers, creators, and educator and student voices whose audiences and values align with our mission, and own the outreach that builds those relationships.
  • Write clear creative briefs that give partners direction, talking points, and brand and accessibility guardrails while leaving room for their own voice.
  • Manage the partnership lifecycle end to end: coordinate deliverables and timelines, review content for brand and message alignment, and support publishing.
  • Track partnership performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and use it to refine who we partner with and how.

Collaboration & Measurement

  • Partner with our creative, marketing, PR, and paid media teams so social content supports campaigns, launches, and advertising, and contribute ideas to content calendars and campaign planning.
  • Track content performance with our Marketing Analyst to understand what’s resonating, and apply those insights to what you make next.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates who have:

  • 8-10 years of experience creating content for brand or organizational social media channels.
  • A portfolio of social-first work demonstrating strong graphic design and short-form video skills (please include links or examples with your application).

  • The ability to collaborate across internal teams and manage multiple projects on a fast-moving calendar.
  • A background or experience in AI, computer science, or a related technical field, and the curiosity to translate those topics into engaging social content.

Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager

Product Marketing  ·  Couchbase

Location: Remote (US) or Raleigh, NC

Full-time

Reports to: VP, Product Marketing

About Couchbase

Couchbase is the operational data platform for AI — a scalable foundation for enterprise operational, analytical, mobile, and AI workloads that replaces fragmented legacy infrastructure and data services. We help the world’s most demanding organizations power peak digital experiences, harness AI, and scale globally, all with less risk and lower total cost of ownership.

Our customers count on us for greater than 99.999% availability and sub-millisecond latency, and 53% of Couchbase customers have realized a greater than 50% reduction in total cost of ownership. Available as a fully managed cloud service (Capella) and self-managed software, Couchbase is where operational data, search, analytics, mobile/edge, and AI come together on a single platform.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to be the technical storyteller for the Couchbase platform. You’ll translate deep product capability into differentiated narratives, proof, and enablement for technical audiences — developers, architects, DBAs, and platform teams — and arm our field with the demos, content, and competitive ammunition they need to win.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable in an architecture diagram, a query console, and on stage. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Developer Relations, and play a central role in product launches and go-to-market motions across our portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the technical narrative. Turn complex platform capabilities — distributed architecture, performance, scale, AI/vector search, mobile/edge sync — into clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for technical buyers and influencers.
  • Create technical content. Produce solution briefs, reference architectures, whitepapers, benchmark and TCO validations, blog posts, and technical FAQs that make the case with evidence, not adjectives.
  • Build demos and proof points. Develop and maintain compelling product demos and hands-on proof assets; partner with Field Engineering on POC playbooks and enablement.
  • Drive competitive intelligence. Run hands-on technical teardowns of competing databases and data platforms; distill findings into battlecards, win themes, and objection handling.
  • Enable the field. Equip Sales and Sales Engineering with the technical assets, talk tracks, and training to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Be a technical spokesperson. Represent Couchbase in webinars, conferences, developer communities, and analyst briefings; make technical audiences believe.
  • Partner on launches. Work with PM and Engineering to validate messaging, shape launch plans, and feed customer and field insight back into the roadmap.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years in technical product marketing, developer relations, solutions/sales engineering, or a comparable technical role in enterprise software — ideally databases, data infrastructure, or cloud.
  • Genuine technical depth: you can reason about databases (NoSQL and SQL), distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and you’re comfortable reading architecture diagrams and writing queries or code snippets.
  • A track record of building demos and technical content that move technical audiences to act.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can go deep with an engineer and up-level for an executive in the same day.
  • Experience with competitive positioning and sales enablement in a B2B technical product.
  • Confidence presenting to technical audiences, on stage and on camera.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Couchbase, MongoDB, or other NoSQL / document databases.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Exposure to mobile/edge or real-time analytics workloads.
  • Experience marketing to developers and building technical community.

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.

Base Pay Range

Marketing Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager, Context Engineering at MongoDB

Develops positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for MongoDB's AI and context engineering products, working with product, engineering, and sales teams to reach developer audiences.

Senior Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and product adoption across our AI and agentic context solutions.

This is a high-impact role for a technical marketer who thinks and acts like a builder. Most AI systems don’t fail because the model is bad—they fail because they lack a crucial, contextual foundation. MongoDB owns a piece of nearly every step in that chain.

This role requires deep technical expertise across the context stack—including VoyageAI embedding and reranking models, MCP Server, and the coding agent ecosystem (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Codex, etc.)—combined with product marketing instincts to deeply understand the market and translate technical depth into crisp, differentiated messaging for distinct user and buyer personas.

The ideal candidate has experience building and shipping AI-enabled products and using developer tools in their day-to-day workflows. Individuals with prior experience in technical sales, developer relations, or software development are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is a voracious consumer of AI research and pays close attention to shifting patterns in how software and AI applications are built and consumed. This individual is confident in communicating with technical practitioners and non-technical decision makers in one-to-few and one-to-many engagements for internal and external audiences. You will leverage your technical depth to craft clear, compelling, and highly differentiated messaging by working backward from customer requirements.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategy & Execution: Act as the strategic owner for MongoDB’s context engineering portfolio—MCP Server, Agent Skills, VoyageAI, and more— aligning roadmap and go-to-market with MongoDB’s long-term business goals, in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Developer Relations, Partners, Solutions Architecture, and Sales
  • Drive GTM Excellence: Enable teams with data-driven positioning, messaging, and persona development for agent builders, coding agents, and the platform teams that govern them. Advise on the best tactics to reach developers where they already work—IDEs, CLIs, and plugin marketplaces
  • Build Technical Content: Create compelling technical content that explains how the MongoDB developer tools work together—connectivity, guardrails, and infrastructure—to help builders and agents ship production-grade MongoDB code
  • Dive Deep Into Data: Serve as the subject matter expert on agentic engineering adoption—MCP tool-call volume, Agent Skills usage, plugin installs across Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, and VS Code—gathering data from diverse sources and synthesizing it for internal and external audiences
  • Execute Product Launches: Develop and execute cross-functional launch strategies for new agent tooling functionality that grow adoption and revenue

We’re Excited About You Because

  • Proven experience with 7-10 years in product marketing, product management, developer relations, or solutions engineering, preferably in B2B technology, AI/ML, cloud, and/or developer tools, with a strong track record of success
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where you are trusted to help develop and execute strategies to meet business objectives
  • Proven ability to bring strong, data-driven judgment to day-to-day work
  • High-bar communication (both verbal and written), capable of influencing the priorities of cross-functional teams and senior leaders. You should be excited to deliver your perspectives and progress to leadership
  • Deep understanding of the agentic development stack — Model Context Protocol, coding agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex), CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure — and the ability to effectively connect a product area to its business impact
  • Genuine empathy for developer and platform-team pain points, with the ability to understand the common use cases and implementation specifics customers face when adopting coding agents
  • A strong bias for action and the ability to decompose problems into effective solutions and drive execution cross-functionally
  • A low ego-to-talent ratio and ability to effectively represent the company as a subject matter expert in executive-level customer calls, analyst briefings, and public appearances

Marketing Senior Social Media Strategist at Boldin

Develops and executes social media strategy across multiple platforms, creating high-performing content that builds brand presence, drives engagement, and supports growth objectives.

Senior Remote Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Please read before applying : We review every application carefully, and all fields (including the required 60–90 second video) must be fully completed and relevant; applications that are incomplete or use AI-generated responses will not be considered. If you’re unable to meet these requirements, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying.

Full-time • Remote

At Boldin, we believe financial confidence should be accessible to everyone. Money decisions shape our lives, yet too often people are left without the clarity or tools they need to make informed choices. We exist to change that.

Boldin is a comprehensive financial planning platform that helps people understand their financial picture, make smarter decisions with their money and time, and plan for the future with confidence.

With over $20M raised and strong momentum, Boldin is entering a pivotal phase of growth. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team and help shape the future.

About the Role

Boldin is not just a financial planning platform — it’s a movement. Social is where that movement becomes visible, shareable, and contagious.

The Senior Social Media Strategist is responsible for turning Boldin into a daily, high-value presence in people’s lives — creating content that sparks conversation, builds trust, and drives meaningful engagement across platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, culture, data, and distribution. You will own and grow Boldin’s presence across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn — with a mandate to double followers, create viral moments, and materially increase engagement and reach.

You will collaborate closely with Content, Video, PR, Brand, and Paid Marketing to ensure Boldin shows up consistently, intelligently, and memorably across every channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and grow Boldin’s social presence

  • Manage and execute posting across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with brand, product, and growth priorities
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all channels

Create high-performing, shareable content

  • Write and produce posts that educate, inspire, and spark conversation
  • Translate financial concepts into clear, compelling, culturally relevant content
  • Identify and execute on trends, formats, and narratives that drive virality
  • Partner with video and design to create engaging short-form and long-form content

Drive engagement and community

  • Actively manage comments, conversations, and community interactions
  • Build a sense of participation, not just broadcasting
  • Develop repeatable formats that encourage sharing, saving, and discussion

Optimize for growth and performance

  • Track and improve key metrics: follower growth, engagement rates, reach, shares, saves
  • Test and iterate on formats, hooks, timing, and messaging
  • Identify platform-specific strategies to maximize performance

Collaborate across teams

  • Work with Content Lead to translate editorial into social-native formats
  • Partner with Video Lead on YouTube and short-form video strategy
  • Coordinate with PR and Brand on campaigns, launches, and narratives
  • Align with Paid Marketing on amplification and testing
  • Support company leadership, amplifying thought leadership

Success reporting

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on traffic and funnel performance for social channels

KPIS + Targets

  • At least 2-3x growth in followers across all major platforms by year end
  • 3x++ increases in engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • Increased social-driven traffic and brand awareness
  • Creation of repeatable, high-performing content formats
  • Measurable contribution to overall brand and earned traffic growth

Qualifications:

You are a storyteller, strategist, and operator — someone who understands how ideas spread and how to turn content into momentum.

You likely:

  • Deeply understand how social platforms work — not just posting, but distribution dynamics
  • Have strong instincts for what makes content resonate, spread, and convert
  • Are obsessed with clarity — especially when explaining complex topics simply
  • Care about helping people improve their lives, not just capturing attention
  • Think in narratives, not just posts
  • Balance creativity with performance data
  • Are culturally aware and tuned into trends without being gimmicky

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, content, or growth roles
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts with measurable results
  • Experience creating or directing high-performing content across multiple platforms
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability
  • Experience working with video content (short-form and/or YouTube)
  • Deep familiarity with social analytics and performance optimization
  • Strong understanding of personal finance, retirement planning, or willingness to rapidly build expertise
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow

This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and impact. You must be comfortable working closely with leadership while maintaining strong ownership over your craft.

$110,000 - $125,000/month DOE

We want to be as inclusive as possible in our hiring process. If you don’t have 100% of what we’re looking for, but feel like you’re pretty close to growing into the role — please still apply. If a candidate has only 80% of the skills but a fantastic attitude and perspective, they might be the perfect fit.

Marketing Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Field Nation

Owns marketing technology stack, data architecture, and analytics infrastructure while driving strategic decisions on platform modernization and revenue optimization.

Senior Posted 5 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are: Field Nation brings companies and service professionals together through an integrated, easy-to-use platform. We support businesses looking to grow their service offerings while also empowering technicians to leverage their skills on their own terms. Our mission is to help the service delivery industry do great work, and we live that mission by doing great work for the companies and service professionals who depend on us.

Why is this role important to Field Nation? As Field Nation modernizes its demand engine for ABM and AI, the person in this seat owns the marketing platforms and technology that the rest of the team operates on and the data and analysis that tells leadership whether the model is working. This role is a key strategic partner to Marketing and RevOps, collaborating closely on shared systems, data governance, and revenue process optimization to drive business outcomes. This is a driver role, not an operator role. We need someone who walks in on Monday with three things already underway, who finds the red before anyone else does, and who can pull a clear answer out of a messy data set without being asked twice.

What you’ll get to do:

Drive the marketing technology ecosystem forward

  • Own and architect the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, 6sense, ChiliPiper, and AI platforms.

  • Lead the tech roadmap. Bring proposals and recommendations forward proactively—identify where the stack is weak, where capability gaps will limit growth, and where to invest next.

  • Co-own the Marketing tech stack integration with Salesforce in partnership with RevOps Leadership, ensuring architecture protects data integrity and drives efficiency and productivity.

Drive data-backed decisions

  • Build and maintain the dashboards, reports, and analytics infrastructure the team runs on. Anticipate what leadership needs and have it ready.

  • Surface issues early: data anomalies, performance regressions, system risks, conversion drops, attribution breaks. Recommend proposed solutions.

  • Run independent analyses to inform major decisions: campaign performance reviews, ABX play ROI, inbound quality vs. baseline, segment-level conversion patterns. Be the analytical conscience of the team.

Own the marketing data architecture

  • Marketing database management, audience segmentation, list governance, data hygiene, enrichment strategy.

  • Partner with RevOps team on marketing-to-sales handoff processes, lead management, and shared funnel metrics.

  • Compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations; opt-in strategy and data privacy controls.

Strategic partnership

  • Strategic partner to the Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing on platform roadmap, budget, capability investments, and overall team and program performance.

  • Peer partner to the marketing managers on platform-dependent program design and shared system surface area.

  • Strategic partner to RevOps leadership on shared Salesforce governance, data hygiene, and cross-functional processes. Meet regularly with RevOps leadership to align priorities, drive business outcomes, and optimize the revenue engine.

Enable the team

  • Coach and enable marketing ICs on platform best practices, tool capabilities, and process discipline.

  • Establish governance frameworks that scale with the org.

  • Lead documentation, training, and adherence to platform standards.

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 8+ years of marketing operations experience, with 3+ years at senior IC or manager level in a B2B SaaS or services company. Demonstrated breadth and depth.

  • Deep hands-on experience with an ABX/intent platform at production scale. 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or equivalent. You’ve been there, done that: configured the platform, activated intent signals, built and tuned account scoring, and orchestrated plays. Exposure or surface-level familiarity is not enough.

  • HubSpot (or equivalent MAP) administration and architecture experience. You’ve built, broken, and rebuilt the MAP stack at scale.

  • Salesforce fluency. You can navigate Salesforce, build reports, debug integrations, and partner productively with RevOps.

  • AI/agent tool experience in production: AgentForce, 6sense AI email agents, conversational AI, or comparable AI-driven marketing tools. Bonus if you’ve led an AI tool rollout from evaluation through production.

  • Strong analytics rigor. You can pull a clean data set, run an analysis, and present a defensible conclusion without a BI team holding your hand. SQL proficiency or strong reporting tool fluency is required.

  • Demonstrated track record of proactive problem-solving. Specific examples of surfacing issues before they became crises, driving cross-functional decisions with data, or leading platform investments that paid off.

  • Excellent communication. You can document architecture, write a clear executive summary of an analysis, and train others.

  • Experience leading platform consolidation, MAP migration, or significant stack rationalization.

  • Coaching or formal management experience.

  • Two-sided marketplace, services-marketplace, or field-service business experience.

  • AI / automation implementation in marketing operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • Working days: Hybrid, Monday to Friday (3 Work from Home + 2 mandatory Work from Office days)
  • Working hours:  1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Office Location:

ABOUT REVISIBLE

Revisible, a vSplash brand, helps small businesses get found and recommended across Google, local platforms, and AI-driven search. We partner with SMBs across the U.S. and India to improve online visibility, strengthen local presence, and generate customer demand through search and digital marketing.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a paid media specialist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across two markets. This is an individual contributor role — you build, run, and optimize campaigns yourself.

The focus is lead generation: qualified enquiries from small business owners in India and the US, with separate strategies, budgets, and targets for each market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign management

•Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.

•Run Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — lead gen, retargeting, and traffic.

•Maintain separate campaign structures, keyword strategies, and bidding logic for India and the US.

•Create and optimize ad copy for India and U.S. audiences.

•Own budget allocation across platforms and markets, shifting spend based on performance data.

Lead quality

•Work with the sales team to define qualified leads and optimize campaigns toward that definition.

•Review lead quality feedback regularly and adjust targeting, messaging, and offers accordingly.

•Identify which segments, keywords, and creatives produce leads that convert and prioritize those signals.

Tracking and attribution

•Own conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

•Implement offline conversion imports so platforms optimize on actual sales, not just form submissions.

•Identify and resolve tracking gaps proactively.

Testing and reporting

•Use automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve reporting, analysis, testing, and optimization efficiency.

•Run structured tests on copy, creative, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies — document findings and actions taken.

•Manage negative keyword lists and audience exclusions to control wasted spend.

•Produce weekly and monthly reports on spend, leads, and cost-per-lead by market and platform.

Collaboration

•Work with SEO, content, website, and sales teams on integrated acquisition efforts.

•Recommend landing page and conversion improvements based on campaign data.

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation, preferably for digital services, SaaS, agencies, or local businesses.

–Hands-on experience with campaigns in both India and the US.

–Proficient in conversion tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion actions, Meta Pixel, and Meta CAPI.

–Ability to write effective ad copy for India and U.S. audiences

–Comfortable with CPL analysis and independent spend decisions.

Good to have

•Familiarity with SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, or Google Business Profile

•Landing page optimization or CRO background

•Zapier, Make, or Apps Script for workflow automation

•CRM familiarity

•Google Ads certification

WHAT WE OFFER

•Full campaign ownership across two markets from day one.

•Growth path into broader performance marketing and digital acquisition roles within vSplash.
